Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ContentHeat handles, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. It covers the ContentHeat website and the ContentHeat application.
Who we are and what this covers
ContentHeat is a product of YouNet Group ("YouNet", "we", "us"). This policy applies to the public ContentHeat website and to the ContentHeat application, which you reach from the website through "Access app".
ContentHeat is offered to organisations. Most content in the application is entered by an organisation and its members. Where an organisation decides what is entered and why, it is responsible for that content, and YouNet processes it on the organisation's behalf under the agreement between us.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use ContentHeat, we handle the following.
- Account information: your name and email address, and the credentials you use to sign in, which can include a password, a passkey and a second factor (two-factor authentication).
- Organisation and workspace information: your organisation, brand workspaces, members and their roles.
- Brand knowledge: guidelines, rules, product and campaign information, and the brand assets (such as logos and images) that you upload.
- Generated content: the Content Directions, AI Content, captions, images and video made in your workspace, the instructions you give when you refine them through chat, and every saved version with its approvals and decisions.
- Activity records: an audit trail of important actions, such as sign-ins, changes and approvals, kept with the workspace.
- Technical data: the information your browser sends when it connects (for example IP address, device and browser type), used to run, secure and rate-limit the service.
- Preferences: your chosen language and theme.
How we use information
- To provide ContentHeat: to sign you in, to separate each organisation's data, and to generate, check, refine, store and approve content.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
- To support customers and to maintain and improve the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
AI model providers
To generate and check content, ContentHeat sends the necessary prompts, brand context and images to third-party AI model providers. They process this material to return text, images or video to the application. We do not list providers on this page, and the providers we use can change as the product develops.
We send only what is needed for the requested task, and we do not use these providers for purposes of our own that are unrelated to providing the service to you. Customers should not enter information into ContentHeat that they are not allowed to share with such providers.
Market and trend data
ContentHeat shows market evidence next to your brand knowledge. Each item of evidence carries a label that tells you where it came from, for example a brand guideline, public context, a hand-picked reference or a connected data source. Data platforms and coverage follow the scope agreed for each engagement.
Where this material relates to individuals, it comes from public context or from sources agreed with the customer. It is used to describe trends and context for content decisions.
Security
We use measures suited to the service, including separation of each organisation's data, role-based access, sign-in with password, passkey and two-factor authentication, encryption of stored provider credentials, rate limits, secure connections and an audit trail. No system is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and tell your organisation administrator if you suspect misuse.
Retention
How long information is kept is governed by the agreement with the customer organisation and by applicable law. Saved content versions form part of the workspace's audit trail and are kept in line with that agreement. We do not set fixed retention periods on this page.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent you have given, and to receive a copy of your data.
Because organisations decide what content they enter, please start with your organisation administrator. You can also contact us at the address in the Contact section below, and we will help route or answer your request.
Where information is processed
Hosting providers and AI model providers can be located in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live, with safeguards required by applicable law.
Intended users
ContentHeat is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will give additional notice where the law requires it.
