Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of ContentHeat, a product of YouNet Group. By accessing or using ContentHeat you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept them for that organisation.
The agreement
ContentHeat is provided to organisations for business use. These terms apply together with any order, contract or statement of work between YouNet Group ("YouNet") and your organisation (the "Agreement"). If they conflict, the Agreement prevails.
Accounts and organisation administrators
- You sign in with an account that belongs to you. Keep your credentials, passkeys and second factor secure, and do not share them.
- Organisation administrators manage members, roles, brand workspaces and approval steps, and are responsible for who has access and what they can do.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your administrator and us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights;
- enter content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful;
- attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass access controls, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
- use the service to build a competing product, or to copy or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows;
- use generated content to mislead people about who made it, or to make claims the brand has not approved.
Customer content and ownership
Your organisation keeps its rights in the brand knowledge, assets and other material it provides ("Customer Content"), and, as between you and YouNet, in the content generated for it, subject to the rights of third parties and the Agreement.
You give YouNet the permission needed to host, process and display Customer Content, and to send it to AI model providers, only to provide and secure the service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to do so.
AI output and your review
ContentHeat uses AI to propose directions and to generate captions, images and video. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other output, and it is produced without a guarantee that it is suitable, original or lawful for your purpose.
People remain responsible for what is published. Review every version, including any text in images, before you approve or use it. A creator cannot approve their own work, and an approval applies to the specific version approved.
Brand Check is assistive
Brand Check compares content with the rules in your Brand Kit and shows its findings. It supports your review and does not replace it. A passed check is not a legal, regulatory or compliance clearance, and a missing finding does not mean content is correct.
Regulated and insurance content
You must not use ContentHeat to create or publish claims that your organisation or the applicable regulator has not approved. This includes guarantees, promises of payout, promises of returns, comparisons with competitors and fear-based imagery in insurance communications. Your organisation is responsible for compliance review before publication.
Market and third-party data
Market evidence comes from the sources labelled in the product and from the scope agreed for each engagement. It is provided for decision support, can be incomplete or delayed, and is not professional advice. Third-party sources can have their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ContentHeat available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, unless the Agreement says otherwise. We may update, add or remove features, including AI model providers, to improve the service or for security or legal reasons.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached, that use threatens the security or integrity of the service or other customers, or that the law requires it. Where practical, we will tell the organisation administrator and the reason.
Intellectual property
YouNet and its licensors own ContentHeat, including its software, design, prompts, templates and documentation. Except for the right to use the service under the Agreement, these terms give you no ownership of or licence to them. Product names and marks of YouNet belong to YouNet.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, ContentHeat is provided "as is" and "as available", and YouNet gives no warranties other than those stated in the Agreement, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI output or accuracy of market data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YouNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from the use of ContentHeat. YouNet's total liability is limited as set out in the Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Your organisation may stop using ContentHeat at any time, and either party may end the Agreement as it provides. After termination, access ends and Customer Content is handled in line with the Agreement. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as those on ownership, disclaimers and liability, continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved as set out in the Agreement or, if it is silent, by the competent courts in Vietnam.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will give additional notice where the law or the Agreement requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
